In today's market where health insurance is often unavailable or not affordable, our Healthcare Plans help families with the ability to budget health care expenditure, by providing multiple fixed health according to their health care needs. These plans provide great hospital, medical and outpatient benefit coverage with additional wellness benefits and doctor’s office Visit benefits to promote preventive care. Since all the benefits are defined in the plan, it helps to allow the consumer to consciously choose providers and care of treatments.

You can start using your health insurance immediately after your effective date.  You are required to pay your first month premium on or before your effective date.  Your payments can be made using a bank account, credit card or debit card. 

Our health insurance carriers are affiliated with the nation’s largest and finest PPO healthcare provider networks including the PHCS and First Health Networks. Our network has more than 600,000 providers across the United States.  Please see network providers in the resource section above.

Our PPO Health Insurance Networks are Nationwide allowing members to access coverage and care throughout the United States. However, it is your responsibility to make sure you are using a network provider. To simplify this process, we advise that you contact your health insurance company at the number provided on your health insurance card or using their online portal to confirm provider network participation.
Each healthcare plan has different plan designs such as premiums, co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance. Please refer to the information on your healthcare card or contact your agent or insurance provider for specific details regarding your plan design.

Yes, as a Member of Moxie Corporate Benefits, you can access Telehealth on most mobile devices with an Internet connection. Our Telemedicine Mobile App is available for download in the iTunes Store and the Google Play Store.
